But the standards of this house is the same almost exactly, if not better. I believe they're built in a factory. They're built, sustained inside an enclosed environment. You're not leaving your wood outside, getting saturated while you build.
In addition to quality building practices and materials, each build is thoroughly inspected. They promised us quality materials and we got the lowest of the low. Note we have only lived in the house for 3 years and stuff started falling apart after a year.
Those are both pros depending on what your preference is. Upper management is not versed in digital marketing, so it can be difficult to justify and gets action approved for the department. Every home is inspected and certified by third-party inspectors before leaving the building facility.
